PIP Plant Entry Control Procedure

From pre-entry assembly and mobile phone control to personal belongings inspection and final confirmation, AWEITEC follows standardized procedures to ensure compliance with PIP requirements before entering the facility.

STEP 01

Pre-Entry Assembly at the Office

All personnel must assemble at the office before entering the facility.

Gather at the office before entering the venue.

STEP 02

Secure Mobile Phones in Individual Lockers

Personnel must place and securely lock their mobile phones in their designated lockers in the presence of the verifier.

One Phone for One ID Badge After retrieving the facility ID badge from the locker, the mobile phone must be placed inside and securely locked.

STEP 03

Personal Belongings Inspection

Five-Point Check | Inspect Five Key Areas

Check the chest area → left pocket → right pocket → both rear pockets / other areas where items may be concealed to ensure no mobile phones, storage devices, or other prohibited items are being carried.

Pocket & Bag Check | Visual Inspection

Open clothing pockets and the cleanroom bag for inspection, clearly showing the contents to confirm that no prohibited items are being carried.

STEP 04

Metal Detector Screening

Conduct an additional screening to ensure that no prohibited items have been missed during the previous inspection.

STEP 05

PIP Control Form

Both the personnel and the verifier must sign the form to confirm completion of the inspection.

STEP 06

Phone Confirmation

After the verifier completes the inspection, confirms that there are no issues, and the personnel have successfully entered the facility, the verifier must report to the supervisor by phone.
The supervisor then reports the completion of the process to the Occupational Safety & Health Department, completing the notification procedure.
